??B-Grade Stainless Steel Spatula - Size 2.5 Width is 9.5 cm. Reason for B-Grade: The overall balance just didn't feel quite right. ??Features of this Spatula: The key feature is the anko (filling)! The anko gives it thickness and a great feel in your hand! You really have to hold it to understand... It extends the reach when spreading putty, making it easier to create clean lines! It's completely different from the flat spatulas you find commercially! It will definitely make putty work more enjoyable. ??Background of this Spatula's Creation: I used to really struggle with putty work... I could never apply it well. One day, a craftsman friend of mine had a handmade spatula with an anko filling and let me try it. I was truly amazed. It was so easy to use, and I could apply putty just like a skilled craftsman! I desperately wanted one like it, but I couldn't find any for sale. So, I decided to make one myself. Indeed, the thick spatula with the anko filling was incredibly easy to use! As I was making them, other craftsmen around me started asking, Make me one too! And somehow, I've ended up making over 10,000 of them! I've received excellent feedback from those who have purchased them! Thank you! I especially get great reviews from people who, like my past self, struggle with putty work, or are new to the craft! I really hope you'll give it a try. I believe you'll come to like putty work and find it enjoyable! ??Detailed Explanation Below: This spatula is made from 0.4mm stainless steel. 0.4mm is the same thickness as Meiko spatulas. I felt it was a bit stiff, so I extended the blade's protrusion slightly. I believe it has a comfortable level of stiffness. Please give it a try. The coating is one coat of 2-component urethane sanding sealer, followed by two coats of 2-component urethane clear topcoat. It's a very durable coating. I've made a considerable number of putty spatulas, and I'm listing those with minor scratches, slight warping, misalignment, or minor balance imperfections as B-grade items.
