Early 80s Vintage

MADE IN UK
KANGOL Mesh Hunting Cap
Rare No-Logo Model

MADE IN UNITED KINGDOM Label: Unlike many current products made in China or Vietnam, the Made in UK label is a significant characteristic of vintage items.

This is an earlier vintage piece from the early to mid-1980s, a no back logo type, meaning it lacks the embroidered kangaroo logo on the outside.

The iconic KANGOL kangaroo logo began to be embroidered on the outside of the hat around 1983. Models before this, and early models up to the mid-80s, often did not have an external logo.

The white KANGOL design tag was used throughout the 80s. When combined with a model lacking an external logo, it's a specification commonly found in pieces from the early 80s (around 1980-1985).

These plain British-made hunting caps without external logos retain a strong classic atmosphere from that era. They are so rare that some vintage clothing enthusiasts specifically seek out logo-free models, appreciating their understated coolness that current products lack.
