I've used various grinding wheels, but the sharpness is good, and the cost performance is the best I've ever experienced. I switched from another company's product. It feels long-lasting and is inexpensive. It cuts much better than I expected! I switched to this product from a brand I had used for many years, and I was surprised by its sharpness and durability. I've been loyal to XX for a long time, but when about 1/4 of the product was left, it started producing shavings (carbon steel) and became crumbly, wearing down quickly. This product, compared to XX, feels harder, cuts well at a low price, and maintains its sharpness until the end.
