This product includes 10 bags of Yasashii Konchuu Mat (Gentle Insect Mat) 2000cc each. ????? Yasashii Konchuu Mat ????? ◎ Made from only spent shiitake mushroom substrate blocks, fermented aerobically and finished without additives. The mushroom substrate is made in-house using oak and other hardwood sawdust, mixed with rice bran, wheat bran, malt husks, and lime from Hiroshima oysters. All raw materials are domestically produced. This insect mat is created by aerobically fermenting hardwood sawdust decomposed by mycelia during mushroom cultivation, further broken down by the action of microorganisms. It becomes a natural-like mat, a paradise for insects to live in. The mat, decomposed in two stages and aged, has amazing water retention capabilities. It absorbs a large amount of water and holds it for a long time, so it doesn't become muddy and is resistant to drying out. The soil remains stable even during the egg-laying period, allowing insects to live without stress. Recommended for nature lovers who wish for their insects to grow freely and naturally. This product is made outdoors, utilizing the power of nature. It is a natural product containing microorganisms. As it is a live mat, it is not made in advance. It will be packed and shipped on a sunny day after your purchase. As it is managed outdoors and is a natural product, while it is sifted, there may be occasional inclusions of foreign matter, plant seeds, soil organisms, or their residues. There are no particular precautions for adult insect rearing and observation. For egg-laying and larval rearing, please adjust to an appropriate moisture level. Please add water to the new mat and allow it to fully acclimate before use. From the production of the substrate to mushroom cultivation, and the finishing of the insect mat, no pesticides or sterilizers are used in any process. Please use with confidence. Although the product details state new and unused, please understand that this is a handmade, perishable item made from byproducts before purchasing. Filling volume at time of packing: 2000cc/bag Homemade additive-free mushroom mat Fermented and aged mat for insect rearing, no degassing required. Click here for the manufacturer's site
