This may damage the floor surface or the product upon removal. ● Do not drag the product across the floor. The adhesive used to secure the tatami surface may transfer to the floor. ● Do not install with frame materials. This may cause gaps due to expansion and contraction, or the product may not fit within the frame. ● Do not install immediately after waxing the floor. The back of the product may adhere to the floor surface. ● Do not install in locations constantly exposed to extreme heat, humidity, or direct sunlight. This may cause deformation. ● Do not use on floor heating or hot carpets. Trapped heat may cause the product or flooring to deform or degrade. Installation Steps ① Remove dust from the floor surface. ② Determine the placement and lay the mats on the floor. ③ We recommend a checkerboard pattern (alternating the direction of the tatami weave). Lay-Down Type Usage Precautions Prohibited Actions ● Do not jump or run on the product. Although the back has an anti-slip finish, it may still shift. Also, be aware that the surface may be slippery when moving in the direction of the tatami weave. ● Do not expose the product surface to direct hot air from a fan heater or heat from a radiant heater for extended periods. This can damage the surface, cause warping, or shrinkage. ● Do not apply strong impact to the corners of the product. - Model Name: Kokochi Waza - Type: Lay-Down Type - Color: Green Click here for the manufacturer's site
