I've been using this lovingly, but I've decided to sell it because I got a cat and now need to heat the entire room. It can also be used as a regular desk, but there are some scratches, so I'd appreciate it if you understand that before purchasing. This is a cute, bean-shaped kotatsu. The tabletop can be secured, so you can use it year-round, even in the spring and summer seasons when you're not using it as a kotatsu. The legs are made of durable solid rubberwood. The electricity cost and standard power consumption are based on a 5-hour operation with the room temperature at 20℃, a kotatsu measuring 80cm wide x 80cm deep x 38cm high, covered with a 5cm thick futon, and with no one inside. The calculation is based on the new electricity rate standard of ￥31 per kWh (tax included) (Note ①). Actual electricity costs will vary depending on usage, environment, and your contract with the power company. (Researched by Metro Electric Industry) Note ①: Revised on July 22, 2022, by the Japan Fair Trade Commission for Household Electric Appliances. *Weight is an estimate and may vary depending on usage conditions. ●Heater: Quartz tube 300W Warmth that penetrates with far-infrared rays Estimated electricity cost per hour: [Low: ￥1.5 / High: ￥3.5] ●Switch: Intermediate switch for ON/OFF control at hand ●Legs: Approximately 38cm high, suitable for use as a low table or floor table ●Tabletop: Easy-to-clean UV coating that is also resistant to scratches ●Compatible kotatsu futon: Square Size Width 90 x Depth 60 x Height 37.5cm Material Fiberboard Weight Approximately 12kg Warranty Period 1 year Assembly Time 20 minutes Color White Wash Click here for the manufacturer's site
