The box is quite damaged, but the product shows no signs of use and is in very clean condition. The instruction manual was damaged, so a copy was made. The handle, hose band, and bag containing the packing are unopened, but there are some dirt and wrinkles. It is unknown if the spare packing is usable. If replacement is necessary, you may need to procure one of the same size. There appears to be some dirt on the white part of the handle as well.
