I am selling it because I passed the Grade 1 Architect Examination. There are some pencil marks on the board, but they do not interfere with drafting. There are no scratches or dents on the board that would catch. The slider moves smoothly from the bottom to the top of the board without catching. *Magnet plate is not included. *The bag's inner coating is peeling.
