This is a vintage Omega Seamaster Chronometer automatic wristwatch, estimated to have been manufactured in 1953 (Showa 28). This is an elegant, older Seamaster with a gold case and a two-tone design. While the Cal.354 movement was produced in considerable numbers, Chronometer specifications were reserved for an extremely select few, making these highly refined individual pieces. Furthermore, the Seamaster model itself is rare, making this watch almost legendary. The watch has been carefully polished, resulting in a beautiful exterior. It has been recently overhauled and is in excellent working condition, making it a superb item that can be cherished for many years to come. In February 2026, it underwent a comprehensive overhaul (complete disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly down to the last screw, not a superficial service) by a watchmaker acquaintance. The case and crystal were also polished, ensuring both the exterior and accuracy are in excellent condition. We have photos from the overhaul process, which you can refer to. The watch has been tested for time setting and operation and is confirmed to be in normal working order. Specifications: Caliber: 354 Automatic with half-rotor (manual winding function included) *Please note that as this is an antique wristwatch, it is not waterproof. Accuracy: Approximately ±3 seconds per day *This is a measurement from equipment and actual results may vary due to factors such as posture and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) during measurement. Please consider this as a reference only. *Those who expect accuracy comparable to modern watches are advised not to purchase or bid. Dial: Beige (two-tone) *There are minor, inconspicuous stains and signs of aging on the hands and dial. *The color of the hands may appear slightly different due to lighting during photography, but there is no significant difference in the actual product. Case: Stainless steel (gold) *The SEAMASTER and WATERPROOF engravings on the case back have faded due to age and polishing. Strap: New aftermarket strap (black) Buckle: New aftermarket buckle (gold) Crown: Crown with Omega logo (gold) Crystal: With Omega logo watermark Size: Length: 42.3mm (including lugs) Width: 37.5mm (including crown) Thickness: 11.4mm Wrist circumference: 17.0cm - 20.5cm (Please allow for slight errors) Lug width: 18.0mm Accessories are not included. *For security reasons, we cannot provide documents related to the overhaul.
