BONCOURA's short-sleeved one-up shirt features a slightly relaxed, vintage-like box silhouette, making it a piece we highly recommend even for those who usually dislike short-sleeved shirts. The slightly longer sleeves, which fully cover the upper arms, are a welcome feature for those who feel their arms are too thin for short-sleeved shirts. When worn, the sleeve width is wider than that of typical short-sleeved shirts, allowing for a wide range of arm movement and a very comfortable feel. This is a characteristic detail of BONCOURA, considering the wearer's comfort in every aspect. This piece is made with BONCOURA's standard original chambray fabric. The warp threads are dyed with 100% pure indigo, resulting in a unique aging process that differs from typical chambray fabrics. As the fabric changes to a deeper blue with repeated washing and wear, it becomes a joy to wear and fosters a sense of attachment. The attention to detail extends not only to the fabric and design but also to the sewing, which is BONCOURA's signature approach. Using 100% cotton thread and applying chain stitching in various places with vintage sewing machines creates a puckering effect reminiscent of vintage garments as they age.
