【High-Performance, Safe, and Secure Biological Filtration】 These are porous ring filter media. Due to their exceptionally porous nature, they are known as 3LDK for Bacteria. This is a high-quality, all-purpose filter media compatible with various filtration systems such as top filters and external filters. The surface irregularities and internal porous spaces allow a large number of beneficial bacteria to colonize. Nitrifying bacteria effectively break down ammonia generated from fish waste and uneaten food, and further break down nitrite, which is produced during decomposition, into less toxic nitrate. This removes harmful substances, contributing to water quality stabilization and a healthy environment for fish through a safe and secure biological filtration method. Significantly reduces the effort required for maintenance such as water changes. 【Excellent Stability due to High-Temperature Firing】 Made from high-temperature fired ceramic, it is highly durable, resistant to crumbling, and offers excellent cost performance. Contains natural minerals and trace elements, which help stabilize water quality. 【Neutral Material That Does Not Affect Water Quality】 This is a neutral material that does not affect water quality and is suitable for both freshwater and saltwater. Can also be used in alkaline or slightly acidic environments. 【Size】: Approximately 15mm in diameter and 15mm in height (approx. 2g per piece) 【Quantity】: 1L 【Material】: Ceramic 【Specifications】: Suitable for freshwater and saltwater 1L: ￥1480 1.5L: ￥1880 2L: ￥2480 【Important Notes】 * Please wash thoroughly before use. * Periodically clean the filter media to remove accumulated debris. Wash with aquarium water or tap water that has been treated with a dechlorinator and matched to the temperature of the aquarium water. * Due to friction during transport, there may be some powder from the filter media rubbing against each other, but this does not affect the filtration function. * Crumbling of the filter media itself is an indicator for replacement. To ensure stable water quality, it is recommended to gradually replace about 1/3 to 1/2 of the media. * As this product is sold on multiple platforms, it may be out of stock.
