?? Purchase Date: February, Reiwa 8 (2026) ?? Although only one bottle is shown in the photo, there are two more identical items. The price is for a total of three bottles. SK Barrier Primer is a clear, one-component urethane resin-based primer sold by SK Kaken, which strongly prevents bleeding from sealant (black staining caused by plasticizer migration). It is highly effective as an undercoat for exterior wall repainting, preventing sealant components from seeping into the topcoat and maintaining long-term aesthetics. Key Features and Details: Strong Bleeding Prevention: Powerfully blocks the migration of plasticizers and other components from sealants. One-Component Type: Being a one-component urethane resin, it requires no mixing, leading to good workability. Applications: Primarily used to prevent bleeding contamination from sealants such as polyurethane and modified silicone types. Specifications: Capacity is 1kg, with a standard application rate of approximately 0.2 kg/m2. Precautions: Apply to a dry surface and ensure a drying time of about 20 minutes in sunny weather and 30 minutes in cloudy weather. Due to its hard film, cracking may occur around windows or at siding joints. Click here for the manufacturer's site
