The plums are grown without chemical fertilizers, and we use chirimen shiso (a type of perilla leaf) for a rich aroma. All processes are carried out with a commitment to Kyushu-sourced ingredients. The plums are colored naturally by the shiso leaves. ■Pricing for 2025 June onwards ■500g ? ￥2,600 ■1kg ? ￥5,000 ■Please contact us for larger quantities. ■Contents The listed quantity is per bag, but we include more than stated. As these are cultivated without additives or pesticides, please understand that the plum sizes may be uneven and some may be broken.
