Since its release in 1983, PORTER's signature TANKER series has adopted an original fabric developed with the MA-1 flight jacket as its motif. The three-layer fabric structure, consisting of nylon twill (surface) + polyester batting (middle layer) + nylon taffeta (back), is very lightweight, and the soft feel of the bonded material and the vibrant rescue orange on the back are attractive. Every step, from cutting to sewing and parts, reflects thorough attention to detail.

The color is sage green with a vibrant rescue orange on the back. Additionally, the metal parts such as the aluminum zippers, snap buttons, and carabiners, which were rare at the time, are intentionally designed to have their paint peel off with use, showing the passage of time.

While maintaining the specifications of the original TANKER released in 1983, we have updated the details. The original TANKER color, Sage Green, is reborn with the color from its initial 1983 release.
The metal zipper pull is made using a pressing method, and changes have been made to the color of the interior zipper pull and the specifications of the vinyl pocket.

[Condition]
Used 5-6 times. The condition is very good.
There is some paint peeling on the inside of the hardware for the shoulder strap, but it does not affect use. (See photos 5, 18, 20)
