Pet Wooden Food Bowl Stand Made from Natural Koyamaki Log - For Cats & Small Dogs #Felesto This is a one-of-a-kind item. As it is made from natural logs, each piece will have slight variations in shape. Some may have knots, while others may not. While each Koyamaki log is beautiful, we are unable to accommodate individual item selection. This is an original log food bowl. Each base is carefully handcrafted, so the wood grain pattern differs for each unit. It has a natural Koyamaki fragrance(^^) Other feeding stands and water bowls are also available! The wooden food stand has a luxurious feel and a design that easily complements interior decor. The glass cup bowl is easily removable, making it easy to wash and hygienic. The log feeder stand is elevated, which can help prevent vomiting in dogs and cats that eat too quickly. ☆What is Koyamaki?☆ It is said to be named Koyamaki because it grows abundantly on Mt. Koya, the head temple of the Shingon sect of Buddhism in Wakayama Prefecture. This is a log from that Koyamaki tree! It has a wonderful fragrance(^^) Koyamaki is also water-resistant and durable, which is why it is used in the boats for the traditional Japanese Ukai (cormorant fishing). ☆Koyamaki's Sarereboku (Shareboku)☆ Sarereboku (Shareboku) refers to wood that has been exposed to wind and rain in the natural mountains, causing the outer sapwood to decay and disappear, leaving behind the remaining core wood. It is said to be resistant to rot and durable because it is the remaining part. A local lumber dealer told us that these are rarely available because they are naturally formed! They are often used for high-end objets d'art and bonsai. This is a type of lumber that is not commonly found on the market. 〈Product Details〉 ★1 Log Feeder Stand ★Includes Glass Bowl DURALEX 310c Height: 5 cm Diameter: 12 cm Tempered glass *Microwave, dishwasher, boiling water (100℃), and freezer (-25℃) safe. ★Log Feeder Stand Size Diameter approx. 10-12 cm Height approx. 8-9 cm Groove diameter approx. 8.9 cm *Made from natural logs.
