Thank you for looking! This is a Mori no Purin-ya-san (Forest Pudding Shop) gimmick mechanical pencil from SAKAMOTO, which was hugely popular in the late 1990s to early 2000s. The design is full of Heisei fancy charm with cute illustrations of fawns and a nostalgic checkered pattern. It's a mechanical pencil with a fun mechanism (gimmick) where the illustration inside the barrel moves when you operate the metal part at the top. This is a highly rare collector's item from that era (Heisei retro stationery) that is no longer in production and rarely appears on the market. How about this opportunity for those who collect fancy stationery from that time, or collectors of SAKAMOTO parody and gimmick pens? ■ Product Details Series Name: Mori no Purin-ya-san Manufacturer: SAKAMOTO Co., Ltd. Item: Mechanical pencil with gimmick (lead diameter: 0.5mm) Era: Around 2000s, from that time ■ Product Condition This is an old item (vintage) over 20 years old. There are no noticeable cracks on the barrel or major peeling of the illustrations, and it is in beautiful condition considering its age. The lead advancement and gimmick operation have been confirmed. (Please note that as this is a long-term storage item, please check the photos for minor scratches and age-related changes to metal parts before purchasing. Only those who understand this should buy.) ■ Shipping Method It will be wrapped carefully and shipped with waterproofing (OPP bag, etc.). Immediate purchase is welcome! This is a masterpiece of Heisei fancy stationery that you may never be able to get again.
