This vintage Rubbermaid laundry basket, model 2854, is a true classic — sturdy, functional, and perfectly neutral in that sought-after almond/off-white tone that works with literally any space. Made in the USA and built to last, this basket has the iconic Rubbermaid durability that modern versions just don't match. It's clean, solid, and in great vintage condition, with only light surface scuffs consistent with age and normal use. No cracks, no warping, no odors. Perfect for: • Laundry room or linen storage • Toy or blanket storage • Pantry or closet organization • Minimalist, MCM, cottagecore, or utility-inspired spaces This is one of those pieces that's both practical and aesthetic — the kind people are replacing their flimsy modern baskets with. Measurements • Top opening: 24.5 x 18.5 • Bottom base: 19.5 x 12.5 (Comfortable full-size capacity without being bulky.) Condition • Clean and ready to use • Great vintage shape • Light cosmetic scuffs only • Structurally excellent
