This is a pre-owned men's haori (short kimono jacket) hand-sewn from Oshima Tsumugi silk. It features a 100-kikko (tortoise shell) pattern, said to bring good fortune. While it may appear plain from a distance, it is a very popular design. (Please refer to the photos.) Why not consider this classic, timeless haori, a symbol of longevity and eternal prosperity? ・This item was created in response to requests from instructors of martial arts such as Kendo and Iaido, who wanted something to wear over their dogi (uniform) and hakama. We also offered Oshima Tsumugi, Yuki Tsumugi, and Hige Tsumugi options. ・We have received requests for haori and nagagi (kimono) to be sold separately, and for guidance on how to choose the correct size. (Please refer to the haori's mitake (length) and yuki (sleeve length) for product details. The recommended height is --- to --- cm.) [Recommended Height] 172cm - 177cm [Material] Oshima Tsumugi, Navy Outer Fabric: 100% Pure Silk [Haori Size] Hand-sewn Length (Mitake): 97cm (from shoulder) Sleeve Length (Yuki): 69cm Sleeve Width (Sodetake): 49cm (with 2.5cm hem allowance) Sleeve Width (Sodehaba): 34cm Front Width (Maeshaba): 20.5cm Back Width (Ureshaba): 32cm Sleeve Adjustment (Yuki): Sleeve side: Approx. 1cm Body side: Approx. 4.5cm [Condition] No noticeable stains or dirt, and no major damage. It is in good condition. As this is a pre-owned item, there may be some minor scuffs, fading, slight soiling, or storage odors. We have included photos of any areas of concern. We appreciate your understanding of pre-owned kimonos. Please note that we lack the expertise to determine if the length for sewing in the kimono (mitake, sodetake) can be adjusted. ※If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask. ・Please carefully review the photos and ensure you understand and agree with the item's condition before purchasing. [Free Shipping (Seller Pays)] We will primarily ship via Yamato Transport from Aichi Prefecture. Depending on the size and destination, the shipping method may be changed to Click Post or Raku Raku Mercari Bin. Thank you for your understanding. Click here for the manufacturer's site
