Collectible HERMES Les Rubans Du Cheval 100% Silk Twill 90cm Scarf designer Joachim Metz 1988-93 with care tag EUC.Les Rubans Du Cheval,The Ribbons of the Horse,is one of the stronger,more collectible HERMES colorways for both its bold fuchsia colored ‘statement’ border and multicolor ribbons,vs the Hermes softer pastel versions.Original first issued 1988,this is the earliest 1989-93 vintage reissue, therefore not a modern reprint.The distinctively hand rolled,stitched edge detail coupled with its vintage black and white care tag place this well within this 1988-93 sweet spot.In EUC,no tears,snags,fraying,loose stitching,absolutely no offensive odors,looks as though rarely if ever really used.The bright,bold,colorful horse show prize ribbons and rosettes tied to Hermes equestrian heritage,so rich and realistic,you can almost feel their texture with your eyes.
