This is a complete 4-volume set of the video tapes for the drama Kami-san no Warukuchi (My Wife's Bad Mouth), starring Masakazu Tamura and Hiroko Shino. Despite being a popular work, it has inexplicably never been released on DVD (perhaps due to controversial themes about disrupting marital relationships?). This makes it a rare find. Why not add it to your collection on this occasion? Synopsis Kami-san no Warukuchi (My Wife's Bad Mouth) is a Japanese television drama series broadcast on the TBS network's Toshiba Sunday Theater time slot (every Sunday from 9:00 PM to 9:54 PM). It stars Masakazu Tamura and Hiroko Shino. This drama depicts the daily lives of elderly couples, featuring a popular element of a middle-aged trio complaining about their wives. The witty banter between Masakazu Tamura and Hiroko Shino is exquisite. A comedy drama that humorously portrays the daily lives of elderly couples through the performances of Masakazu Tamura and Hiroko Shino. The drama draws viewers in with its fast-paced development, featuring a men's gossip session where a middle-aged trio discusses the unspoken truths and pretenses that arise between couples, with content that is surprisingly relatable. The middle-aged trio consists of Masakazu Tamura, Isao Hashizume, and Takuzo Kadono. Hiroko Shino plays Tamura's wife. Akiko Matsumoto, in her first regular role in a drama, plays the role of Isao Hashizume's mistress. Directed by Shinichi Kamoshita, the series recorded an average viewership rating of 19.9% and a peak viewership rating of 23.7%.
