This is a complete 4-volume set of the VHS tapes for the drama Tomoko to Tomoko, starring Misako Tanaka and Naoko Iijima. This is a rare title as it has not been released on DVD (due to compliance issues? problems with co-stars' behavior?). How about this opportunity for those who wanted to watch it or for collectors? Synopsis Tomoko to Tomoko is a Japanese television drama series that aired on the TBS network every Thursday from July 3 to September 18, 1997, from 10:00 PM to 10:54 PM. Tomoko Kirishima, a French interpreter, is a perfectionist woman who cannot get married at the age of 36. Following her father's death, she moves out of her own apartment and into her father's. One day, her stepsister, Tomoko, moves in, and they begin living together for the first time in 14 years...
