This is a piccolo purchased on this site in February 2025. ♪ Below are the product descriptions from the previous owner's comments. This is a rare TAKEZAWA piccolo, model 250! It is a domestically handmade piccolo. The headjoint has a lip plate-like shape that is easy to play and is thicker than a standard piccolo. The case shows some signs of age-related deterioration. List price: ¥310,000 [Product Condition] While there are some signs of tarnish due to age, there is no fatal damage, and this piccolo is still in active use. Basic sound check has been completed. It was adjusted and the pads were replaced last year and used a few times. Since then, it has been carefully stored in its case. It has not been adjusted for this listing, so please consider it may need adjustment before use. The tone is wonderfully resonant, with the traditional soft and transparent sound of Takezawa, a sound that has earned the trust of players both domestically and internationally. It plays smoothly with stable intonation from the low to high registers. It is also easy to vary the tone, giving it a sense of color. The traditional Takezawa sound, which blends well with other instruments while resonating far, can be produced. It is designed to be easy to play even for beginners. Accessories include a hard case and a rod. Please check the photos carefully and understand that this is a used item before purchasing. This is what the previous owner stated. The photos of this piccolo were taken by me. The tone is gentle and wonderful, but I found it difficult to play due to my limited experience with piccolos, so after much deliberation, I have decided to list it for sale.
