This is a set including both the SEGA MEGA-CD2 and MEGA DRIVE2 consoles, 36 Mega CD software titles, and a backup RAM cartridge. All items come with their original boxes and instruction manuals. (Negative Information) ① Regarding the software Genghis Khan: The Blue Wolf and the White Deer, the instruction manual is included, but the bonus map is missing. ② As shown in the upper and middle rows of photo 19, the box for the MEGA-CD2 has peeling and creases. ③ As shown in the bottom row of photo 19, the inner box for the MEGA DRIVE2 console has tears. ④ There is dirt on the switch parts of the consoles. ⑤ For the MEGA-CD2, the open button sometimes returns slowly when pressed firmly. (Product Description) The 36 Mega CD software titles (photos 11, 12) are as follows: Genghis Khan: The Blue Wolf and the White Deer Alshark Hisaitchi Ishii's Great Success Wing Commander AX-101 Music Box Capcom's Quiz Tonosama no Yabou Kamen Rider ZO Game no Kanzume 1 Game no Kanzume 2 Keio Yugekitai Cyborg 009 Zard World War Thunderstorm FX Thunder Hawk Shining Force CD Silpheed Shin Megami Tensei Switch Star Wars: Rebel Assault Star Blade Sega Classics Sonic the Hedgehog CD Tomcat Alley Night Trap Battle Corps Prize Fighter Popful Mail Microcosm Mortal Kombat Yumimi Mix Rise of the Dragon Lunar: The Silver Star Record of Lodoss War Lord Blaster FX Warau Salesman As shown in photos 13-18, all software titles have been tested for functionality using the consoles being sold. Please check photos 3-9 for the exterior condition of both consoles. (Product Origin) Both consoles were purchased new the day after their release date (April 23, 1993) after going out to buy them (date is written on the console warranty cards). However, they were kept as backup units until the tray of the MEGA-CD1 developed a malfunction at the end of 1994. After that, they were used for a year and a half until I transferred jobs in June 1996. When I moved, I stored them in the plastic cases shown in photo 20 and kept them in the closet at my parents' house. After 30 years, I opened them for this listing and confirmed they powered on (after taking photos, they were sealed back in the plastic cases and put back in the closet). The software was played and collected between 1991 and the time they were sealed away. Thank you for looking. Click here for the manufacturer's site
