Discover the Charm of Vintage Cornish Studio Pottery. Bring a piece of the striking southwestern English coast into your home with this beautiful vintage Highlands Milk Churn Vase, crafted by the highly collectible Presingoll Pottery in Charlestown, Cornwall. Dating from the mid-century era (circa 1960–1980), this piece is styled after a traditional country milk churn or miner’s churn, complete with a rustic warm ochre-yellow glazed collar and unique small twin loop handles. The body features a highly detailed, wrap-around graphic collage depicting classic Celtic and Cornish heritage motifs. Look closely to spot a standing Celtic cross, puffins, local wildlife, cozy coastal cottages, a fishing village, sailing boats, and rolling highland landscapes. It is an incredible display piece for collectors of British studio pottery or anyone looking to add a touch of rustic, coastal farmhouse aesthetic to their space. Perfect as a dry flower vase, kitchen utensil holder, or standalone shelf decor.
