[PSE Certified, Safe & Energy Saving] This foot warmer is PSE certified and features a five-layer heating protection system including real-time monitoring, insulation protection, flame-retardant protection, circuit protection, and overheat protection. In case of overheating or voltage abnormalities, the power automatically shuts off, preventing burns from excessive heat. It uses carbon fiber yarn for heating, which is not only safe but also energy-saving, with an average power consumption of 8W/h, costing less than 1 yen per hour in electricity.
