This is a trombone stand commonly used in instrument shop display cases. Height: 860 mm Folded dimensions: 785 mm x 115 mm Weight: 1.6 kg This is not the type that inserts into the bell, but rather the type that hooks onto the base of the slide to stand the instrument up. It's a HERCULES product, known for its reliable instrument stands and music stands, characterized by its sturdy construction and distinctive design that is instantly recognizable. There are signs of overall use and minor scratches, but they do not affect its functionality in any way. The item will be carefully wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap and shipped in a simple cardboard box. Despite being simple packaging, it took a considerable amount of effort. Below are my impressions after using it for a while: Disadvantages: - It takes a bit of practice to place the instrument on the stand initially (you'll get used to it quickly). - Cannot be used with double-valve bass trombones (the G♭ lever interferes). - The adjustment knob for the slide hook is easy to move. This might be convenient when switching between instruments with different slide widths, but it would have been better if it could be fixed. It might be possible to fix it by tightening the screw?! - It's larger than other stands. Not suitable for carrying around. Advantages: - It's large, heavy, and sturdy, providing a sense of security even when placing an expensive instrument on it. This explains why it's used in instrument shops. - Can hold the trombone with a mute inserted. It's convenient that it can be used even when practicing with a silencing mute at home. And personally, I found the most outstanding feature to be how beautiful the instrument looks when placed on the stand!! The long, slender slide looks exceptionally beautiful, complementing the elegant and graceful curve and shine of the bell without obstructing it, and allowing it to stand at an angle.
