Thank you for viewing. This is a YAMAHA YTR-236 trumpet from the Nikkan era, the predecessor to YAMAHA. It features the high precision that is characteristic of modern Yamahas, along with the thick, mellow tone unique to Nikkan. It is a very popular model for beginners practicing or as a secondary instrument. ■ Product Details Manufacturer: YAMAHA / Nikkan Model: YTR-236 ■ Product Condition Condition: Slightly scratched and dirty As this is an older item, there is some lacquer peeling due to use, as well as minor scuffs and small scratches. There is no critical damage to the instrument or significant warping that would impede playing. Operation/Function: Good Piston operation and slide tubes (each slide) are confirmed to move smoothly without sticking. A basic cleaning has been performed, and each part has been oiled and greased. ■ Comprehensive Set Contents This set allows you to start playing and maintaining your instrument right away. Trumpet body Genuine hard case (sturdy construction for secure storage and transport) Mouthpiece Maintenance kit ■ Features Unparalleled ease of play: It is easy to blow into, and produces a well-balanced sound from low to high notes. The brilliance of Japanese vintage: Instruments from this era with the Nikkan engraving are meticulously crafted, offering a deeper sound that differs from current entry-level models. 【Shipping】 The hard case will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap (cushioning material) and waterproofed before being shipped with care. We plan to use Mercari's secure shipping service. 【Comments】 This set is perfect for those who want to practice in a brass band or start playing the trumpet as a hobby. It has been thoroughly maintained, so you can use it with confidence. Immediate purchase is welcome! We strive for prompt shipping.
