Vintage USAF / Air Force Academy shield pin set. Chain collar tab style with sweetheart jewelry look. Great for military collectors, Air Force Academy memorabilia, USAF pin collections, sweetheart jewelry, collar display, lapel use, shadow box display, or vintage military accessory collections. Condition: pre-owned vintage pin set with normal handling/storage wear. Please review photos for exact condition, shield details, chain, pin backs, clasp hardware, finish, markings, measurements, and overall appearance. Item shown is the exact item you will receive. Tanner Bumsworth picked this up, saw the chain between the pins, and became convinced the Air Force was using tiny nunchucks. He asked if the shield could fly, checked the collar tabs for runway clearance, then wondered if sweetheart pins require military permission to flirt. The jewelry tray grounded him immediately. I needed to be somewhere else. So I went straight to Dorsia. I ordered flight-line quail over polished-shield foam with pickled collar-tab onions, smoked academy dust, and a tiny chain-linked crisp the waiter described as official but romantically over-enlisted. The waiter nodded once and said, Excellent choice, sir. I picked this up right before some bozo did. Shipped right — packed like vintage military pins, not tossed loose into a mailer to scratch themselves into sadness. Comes from a smoke-free lair.
