Featuring a highly collectible, classic 1950s litho graphic of a chef cooking at a brick hearth with a loyal black Scottish Terrier at his feet. This is a versatile, heavy-duty locking tin carrier. The locking metal wire handle secures the lid to the base, making it perfect for safe transport or display. Item Features & Details: Brand: Lincoln BeautyWare Era: 1950s / Mid-Century Modern Design: White enamel tin body with a brown and black Chef and Scottie Dog graphic. Features black plastic locking knobs and a wire carrying handle. Measurements: Base plate diameter is approximately 11.5 inches; total height is approximately 7.5 inches This is an authentic vintage item with a wonderful, authentic patina. The graphic is remarkably clean, vibrant, and intact with minimal wear. The white enamel exterior shows light age-appropriate scuffs, minor flea bites, and small spots of paint loss, mostly along the seam and rims. The inner metal surfaces of the lid and base show distinct oxidation, darkening, and surface patina common with age and use (see photos). Functionality: The locking mechanism and wire handles are fully functional and secure properly. Please review all photos carefully as they form part of the condition description.
