Like stepping into the world of martial arts manga!? Striking techniques that transmit shock! Watching your movements, I truly believe you are a master of martial arts. Seriously, it's pure romance. (From Yusuke Yachi's Yacchi-kun Channel) Hiroki Amemiya, master of Kage-ryu Aikitaijutsu, gained sudden attention for demonstrating his family's martial arts to a mixed martial artist. This DVD meticulously explains the theory and practice of striking techniques, specifically atemi (striking), which garnered significant interest. The core technique featured is Yoroi-doshi, an atemi that transmits shock. ■ Hamon (Ripple)... Using gravity ■ Dachin (Striking Vibration)... Clenching the fist only at the moment of impact ■ Muchiuchi (Whip Strike)... Using lateral waves ■ Sendan (Piercing Strike)... Using vertical waves The techniques are classified into four categories based on their effects and body mechanics. The principles and key points are explained in a way that is easy for beginners to learn. Furthermore, the DVD introduces not only how to perform the techniques but also how to use them in actual combat from three different perspectives. This clearly illustrates how martial arts striking techniques are used. The DVD concludes with a demonstration of atemi. The practical, martial arts-style movements, distinct from formal kata, are simply breathtaking! CONTENTS [Introduction... What is Kage-ryu Aikitaijutsu?] ■ The Four Great Principles of the Art... The Most Important Teachings [Principle 1: Breathing] [Principle 2: Posture] [Principle 3: Relaxation] [Principle 4: Harmony] [What is Atemi-jutsu... Every point of contact is a technique] [Maximizing Effectiveness... Using thought and intention] ■ Yoroi-doshi... An atemi that transmits shock [First Classification: Hamon] [Second Classification: Dachin] [Third Classification: Muchiuchi] [Fourth Classification: Sendan] ■ Tsuki (Punches)... Fist atemi [Chokusen Tsuki (Straight Punch)] [Uchi-sage Tsuki (Downward Punch)] [Uchi-age Tsuki (Upward Punch)] [Furi Tsuki (Swinging Punch)] [Pendulum Tsuki (Pendulum Punch)] ■ How to Use Atemi... Using them in combination [Atemi to Enter Techniques] [Atemi After Entering Techniques] [Atemi to Disrupt] [Conclusion: Atemi Demonstration] Supervision: Hiroki Amemiya Born in 1980. Became the successor of his family's traditional martial arts in 2003. In 2010, he founded Kage-ryu Aikitaijutsu, incorporating the martial arts and combat sports he had studied. Through videos interacting with mixed martial artists, he has gained attention as an emerging martial artist who expresses and explains the unexpected effects and power of his techniques.
