Authentic vintage Selecta “Diana” eyeglasses frames (model reference appears as V257-12 or similar on the temples, along with SELECTA DIANA engravings). Distinctive gold-tone metal construction featuring a stylish double/layered rim design with blue enamel or painted accents along the outer rims. Square-to-slightly-rounded lens shape with a classic mid-century look. Clear bifocal lenses are installed (unknown prescription strength—buyer would need to have them checked or replaced by an optician). These are optical frames (clear lenses), not sunglasses. Selecta was a French-origin vintage eyewear brand known for stylish mid-20th-century designs, often manufactured in Italy or Europe. The “Diana” model name and temple markings are clearly visible (though some engraving is worn/indecipherable). Key features: • Gold-tone metal frame with blue enamel outer rims • Bifocal clear lenses (prescription unknown) • Adjustable-style nose pads (worn) • Temple markings: SELECTA DIANA + numerical code (V257-12 area) • Feminine, retro aesthetic suitable for collectors, costume, or as frames for new lenses See photos for Approximate measurements (taken from photos with ruler; slight variation possible). These would make a great project pair for someone who wants the unique blue-rimmed gold frame look and can have new lenses fitted, or for a vintage collector who appreciates authentic period wear. Ships carefully packed. No case or original packaging included.
