These are new, unused Professional Series Set #7720M contrabass/wood bass/upright bass strings from La Bella, a long-established string manufacturer in the United States. ◆PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Recommended for classical music, these strings have an exceptional bow response. With an even tonal balance string-to-string and a great sustaining sonority, they also work well for all electric upright basses, as well as for jazz players looking for bright tone with a growl. 7721M-G – Nickel Flat Wound on Rope Core 7722M-D – Nickel Flat Wound on Rope Core 7723M-A – Nickel Flat Wound on Rope Core 7724M-E – Nickel Flat Wound on Rope Core ◆PROFESSIONAL SERIES METAL SETS Chrome Steel Flat Wound on a Rope Core With an even tonal balance & a great sustaining sonority, these strings also work well for all electric upright basses. Set#7720M-Medium Tension These are strings I've used and loved for many years. They produce a clear, bright sound that isn't muddy on both wood basses and upright basses, with ample sustain. I believe they are versatile strings suitable for various genres. This is one set from a bulk purchase I made previously, and it is new and unused. Additionally, it comes in a box with a vintage-style package design that can be displayed, so you can enjoy it as interior decor as is (highly recommended!). Shipping will occur on days other than Tuesdays and Thursdays. Click here for the manufacturer's site
