Ernst Heinrich Roth Made in Bubenreuth, Germany, around 1950 4/4 Size Violin Bow E.H. Roth is a prestigious Roth family with a long history of over 120 years, producing many excellent makers and workshops. It is a renowned brand that continues to receive high acclaim, having won the German Chancellor's Award twice. All instruments, from student to master class, are handmade in workshops within Germany. Shimokura Violin is the general distributor in Japan. Although a famous manufacturer, this is a rare Roth bow that rarely appears on the market. It is made from exceptionally high-quality and strong pernambuco wood, which is not used in this price range today. This is a master-grade quality bow that can be used for decades to centuries. It appears to have been used very little, and is in very clean condition with minimal noticeable scratches or dirt. Overseas specialty stores sell these for around $2,000-$3,000 (¥300,000-¥400,000). This is an old bow, made approximately 50-100 years ago, from Roth's mid-to-high-end range at the time. These practical German bows, with their high performance and excellent cost-effectiveness, are very popular among advanced players and musicians on a limited budget. Why not pair it with a Roth violin, or consider it for your German or old violin? Don't miss this opportunity to acquire a rare and highly sought-after high-end old bow from Roth. Enjoy a selection of bows from a specialty store, ranging from new to old, and from tens of thousands to millions of yen. Inscriptions: * ERNST HEINRICH ROTH * Stick: Pernambuco Octagonal Frog: Ebony Parisian Eye Fittings: Silver Weight: 62.4g In very clean condition with minimal noticeable scratches or dirt. Rehaired and maintained. Please apply rosin before use. We also have many other workshop and famous brand bows available. Discounts are available for bulk purchases or when buying with an instrument.
