Vintage Small Child’s or Large Doll's Slip Petticoat Heirloom Sewing Fabric White Sheer Ruffles Embroidered Trim Doll Clothing Craft Sweet vintage girl’s slip/petticoat featuring multiple gathered ruffles, sheer nylon bodice overlays, delicate embroidered trim, and an elastic-smocked back. While originally made as a child’s underdress or petticoat for special occasion clothing, this piece is being offered primarily for heirloom sewing and textile repurposing. The skirt fabric has a crisp hand with an almost taffeta-like feel, making it an excellent source of vintage fabric, ruffles, embroidered edging, and construction details for restoration work, doll clothing, heirloom garments, bridal projects, and textile art. Perfect for: Heirloom sewing Doll clothing Antique doll restoration Christening or baptism projects Vintage trim salvage Textile art and slow stitching Costume design Condition Good vintage condition overall. There is some yellowing/discoloration near the lower hem and a few scattered age-related spots consistent with decades of storage and use. The elastic-smocked back retains some stretch, and the ruffled trim remains attractive. No significant structural damage noted. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form part of the description. #Haberdashery #HeirloomSewing
