This is a Toray Silky kimono with a wide collar, lined, and sewn with the TS System. It features a small fan pattern on a calm red background. The fabric has a textured surface, making it look unlike typical polyester and truly showcasing the quality of Silky kimonos. This is a kimono from Toyo Waso. It is unused with basting threads still attached. This product is made of Toray Silky and tailored with the [TS System Sewing]. Toray Silky is truly useful to have when you want to enjoy its highest quality texture without worrying about stains, such as during a theater visit or lesson on a rainy day, or during a meal while traveling. [What is TS System Sewing?] - Machine sewing that retains some of the benefits of hand sewing. - Machine washable thanks to Toray's unique sewing technology and selection of materials. - Uniform quality achieved through standardized sewing patterns and specifications. - Maintains its shape even after repeated wear and washing. Toray Silky kimonos have thoroughly pursued the concept of kimonos that can be safely washed at home. The result is TS System Sewing. Many people may assume all polyester kimonos are safe to wash, but in reality, some change their condition after washing. Nearly half of the polyester [washable kimonos] that Mika sources end up in a state where they cannot be used again after washing, with threads pulling or the fabric becoming baggy and changing texture. To prevent this, Mika always pre-washes items before listing them to check for any changes in condition and ensure that only items in good condition are delivered. As it is made of polyester, it can be washed at home in a laundry net. This is a long-term storage item. There are storage wrinkles. This sale is for the kimono only.
