Thank you for viewing! This is the third installment of the Japan Antique Gallery Series! This product is a 2-piece set including a long sword + a high-quality sword bag! This time, we introduce the renowned sword, the Dōtanuki Masakuni from the Japan Antique Gallery! For those who desire the highly popular extra-large tip Dōtanuki, please make it your cherished sword or add it to your collection! This iaido sword has a blade length of almost 2 shaku 5 sun (2 shaku 4 sun 7 bu 5 rin), which is considerably longer than standard! This product is a sword for intermediate to advanced users! Beginners, please exercise extreme caution when using it for iaido! With a base width of 3.2cm, it is robust! The weight also exceeds 1kg when drawn, giving this sword a very substantial feel! The unadorned and rugged mounting is finished to a standard that justifies its original price of approximately 120,000 yen! This is a top-grade iaido sword suitable for use by instructors! As this is a discontinued item, only those currently on the market exist! Among them, this unused iaido sword is extremely rare! It has been stored in a dark place, so there is no sun fading whatsoever! The wind-cutting sound is good! The koiguchi is good! The tsuba has no rattling! Although it is an unused iaido item, there are slight dents on the saya! They are not noticeable! The purple sword bag is a used item! It has some wrinkles! Please consider it as a bonus item m(*_ _)m How about using it for suburi (swing practice), strength training, or cosplay? (※Personally, I rarely encounter such an exceptionally beautiful item, so the owner would be delighted if you would use it for display rather than for iaido.) We generally do not accept price reductions to your desired price! After checking our profile, please be sure to state the specific amount in the comments! Thank you for your understanding (*^^*) Blade: Special alloy reproduction sword, ancient sword style (with groove) Blade pattern: Dōtanuki Masakuni replica Habaki: Blackened copper, Yūjō style Tsuba: Nanako-ji iron tsuba Fuchi: Higo Ishime Kashira: Higo Ishime Menuki: Gunbai (military fan) Tsuka: Old-style genuine ray skin Tsuka-maki: Twisted wrap, cotton (black) Sageo: Cotton (black) Saya: Partial Ishime, black lacquer saya (with Uguisu-me) Kurikata: Wooden (with Uguisu-me) Overall length: 107cm Blade length: 75cm (2 shaku 4 sun 7 bu) Tsuka length: 26cm Total weight: 1269g Drawn weight: 1033g Click here for the manufacturer's site
