TAMA STAR Reserve Hand Hammered Brass 14x5.5 (TBRS1455H) - Lightly Maintained, Minor Dents and Scratches on Batter-Side Hoop (No Warping) 【Price】 ¥103,000 (Price Negotiation Welcome) *Price Reduced. 【Product Description】 This is a TAMA STAR Reserve hand-hammered brass snare (14x5.5), from TAMA's highest-end series. You can get this model, which originally retails in the high 120,000 yen range, at a great price. Selling due to equipment consolidation. Purchased new in 2020, used only a few times for studio practice and twice for live performances. Due to open rim shots, there are thin dents and coating peeling on the batter-side hoop, but this does not affect playability at all (see photos). Afterward, the original hoop was replaced with an aftermarket one, and the original hoop was stored in a humidity-controlled room. The snare itself was also stored in a humidity-controlled room when not in use. This is a very high-quality drum with limited distribution. In addition to the thick sound and excellent projection characteristic of brass, it features rich overtones from hand-hammering, making it versatile for everything from ghost notes to rim shots. It's a sound suitable for both live performances and recording. Compared to other brass snares, it's relatively easy to tune and very user-friendly. The strainer operation, in particular, is exceptionally smooth. *Tension key and snare wires shown in some photos are not included. 【Specifications】 Model Number: TBRS1455H Detailed specifications could not be fully listed due to character limits. Please search by model number for detailed specifications. 【Condition】 - Dents on brass hoop due to rim shots. - Coating peeling and discoloration on brass hoop from rim shot use. (Neither affects playability) - Shell, lugs, and strainer are in good condition with no noticeable damage. - No operational issues. 【Maintenance】 - Light maintenance performed. (Head removal, overall cleaning, tightening of all parts) 【Accessories】 - Main unit, soft case (aftermarket batter head installed) 【Shipping】 Will be carefully packed and shipped. 【Other】 This is a used item, so please only purchase if you understand this.
