【Historically Valuable 1970s Original】 This item was carefully stored inside the original hard case of a 1983 Fender Japan Catalina, which was discovered during year-end cleaning after being kept dormant for many years. (It was stored in the condition shown in the 16th image.) As the guitar itself was stored for decades with very little play, this strap, as a case candy (accessory) from that era, has miraculously maintained its excellent condition. 【Appraisal Points: Proof of 1970s USA Manufacturing】 It features the following vintage details that set it apart from current reissues (Legacy Series) and models from the 1980s onwards: * **Straight Signature Logo:** A rare horizontal Fender logo, predating the transition to the diagonal logo around 1980. * **Steel Metal Buckle:** A thick and substantial metal buckle. This texture is characteristic of vintage items. (There is no engraving on the back.) * **Riveted Leather Ends:** The brown leather parts feature round rivets, a specification indicating the USA manufacturing process of the time. * **Faux Leather Lining:** A lining with a texture unique to that era, also serving a functional purpose as an anti-slip measure. 【Condition】 * **Leather Ends:** As shown in the images, the strap pin holes are barely stretched, indicating extremely minimal use, making it near mint condition. * **Embroidery:** The three-dimensional and beautiful embroidery remains intact. * **Stains:** Some light stains due to age are visible (please check the circled areas in the 8th and 9th images). **【For Collectors】** We believe there is no better strap to pair with vintage guitars from the 1970s, such as Stratocasters or Telecasters, or with early 80s JV serial models like the one I acquired. *Please note: The guitar and case shown in images 1, 15, and 16 are not included.
