T's Soft Hackle (Wet Fly) #12 - 10 pcs ■ Body Color: Back insect pattern: Brown, Belly: Green - 3 pcs ■ Body Color: Orange - 2 pcs ■ Body Color: Back insect pattern: Dark Brown, Belly: Khaki - 3 pcs ■ Body: Peacock, Back: Aurora Tape When fish start to ignore dry flies, the next stage is to use soft hackles (wet flies). By drifting them just below the water surface, fish will bite without hesitation. T's is the name of the creator's work. [How to Detect a Strike] If there is tension on the line, you can detect a strike directly. However, if there is no tension on the line, you will need to watch the tip of your fly line for subtle changes such as a slight pull or the tippet sticking out of the water straightening. Many people say they don't know how to detect strikes with wet flies, but it's easy once you get used to it, so please give it a try. [Gift] ▪ With your purchase, you will receive one other fly as a gift. ▪ If you purchase multiple items at the same time, please let us know your desired fly in the comments. We will ship them together, and we will give you an additional gift equivalent to the shipping cost. [Regarding Price Reductions] We normally decline price reductions as many customers purchase at the listed price. However, for those who wish to purchase multiple items and request a price reduction, we adjust the number of gifts. We appreciate your understanding. [Fishing Report] April 11, 2022 - Weather: Sunny - Temperature: 13℃ to 23℃ - Water Temperature: 13℃ From early morning, fish seemed to be feeding on something drifting, with ripples appearing everywhere, hinting at a great catch. We started by casting small CDC midge imitations #18, micro caddis #20, and stretch body CDC thorax duns #18. We had consecutive hits from the very first cast. As expected, all the dry flies we cast resulted in continuous bites. By 10 AM, we had caught 86 fish. Until we finished fishing, we caught 41 more with soft flies and bead head sinking flies, for a total of 127 fish. It was one of those days unique to stocked fisheries where you can have an exceptional catch several times a year. Even with such a great catch, fish can start to ignore flies, so frequently changing your flies is key to increasing your catch. ※ The photos are for pattern reference only.
