Thank you for viewing my listing among many others. Product Description This is a sanshin damper (otoshikomi) with Ryukyu glass. A soundproofing sheet is used on the part that contacts the instrument, so you can practice with peace of mind even in an apartment building (ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)ഒ Since only resin would be a concern for strength where the strings apply pressure, a glass rod is inserted as a core. This ensures strength while utilizing the transparency of the resin and Ryukyu glass. This is a one-of-a-kind handmade resin creation. Please enjoy its plump, glossy transparency. *Please understand that due to it being handmade, there may be individual differences in air bubbles and placement. Details Please check the photos with dimensions for size. ⚠︎It is listed as near unused because it was used to test the sound during the process, but it has not been used after the final finishing stage. Due to being handmade, there will inevitably be slight variations of about 1mm. Therefore, please check the dimensions yourself in the photos. If you would like to know the exact dimensions, please feel free to contact me. *The size can be slightly adjusted by shaving with a cutter or warming with a hairdryer, etc. (When using blades or open flames, please be careful as the item is small and proceed at your own risk.) ▼Please also read below▼ This is a handmade item. Those seeking high quality or perfection, or who are sensitive to minor imperfections, please refrain from purchasing. As it is made by hand, there may be slight size variations and distortions. Furthermore, air bubbles, unevenness, and finger hole sizes are not considered defects. Please understand that due to it being handmade, there may be individual differences in air bubbles and placement. Click here for the manufacturer's site
