This is the Make Noise DPO (Dual Prismatic Oscillator). Operation confirmed. It appears to have been used relatively little. Includes a bus cable and mounting screws. [Product Description] The DPO is Make Noise's flagship analog oscillator, a module that thoroughly reinterprets the West Coast-style complex oscillator concept for the Eurorack environment. At its core are two fully analog VCOs, featuring: - Internal normalization for FM/AM/SYNC structure - A Wavefolder (Shape) circuit specialized for harmonic generation - A design that allows instant switching between linear and exponential FM - Sound creation capabilities that consistently cover everything from percussive to drone and experimental textures With this design, depending on the patching, a single unit can serve as the tonal center or a destructive modulation source. In particular, the DPO is designed with: - Mathematically stable tuning performance - Internal routing that is resistant to musical breakdown - Knob placement and responsiveness prioritized for live performance It possesses a level of completeness characteristic of Make Noise, achieving a high balance between experimentation and practicality. Unlike modules like Plaits or digital oscillators, the DPO is a module that allows you to experience the feeling of voltage and circuitry itself creating sound.
