Canon 7 Rangefinder Camera, Black Rare Model, Recently Overhauled Late model rangefinder compatible with Leica L39 screw mount (L mount) * Body has been overhauled! * Light meter is operational. ■ Product Description The Canon 7 is a rangefinder camera released in 1961, and is a high-spec model from the final period of Canon's L-mount cameras. This particular model is a rare black-painted body with low production numbers, making it highly sought after by collectors. * Unlike the standard black models where the body is silver, this is a true black body (made of brass). It uses standard 35mm film, which is easy to obtain and develop, so you shouldn't have any issues with film. The black model develops a beautiful patina as the paint wears off over time, revealing the brass underneath, which I find to be a very appealing design that stimulates the desire to own it. Furthermore, this camera is rarely sold online, making it a valuable find. Features a frame-selector bright frame. This camera has been returned after an overhaul from [Name of famous optical shop], well-known in the camera community. The repair details are attached as images for your reference. It has been perfectly overhauled, so you can enjoy this body with peace of mind for a long time. * Please note that the repair details are not included. ■ Items Included ・Canon 7 Body (Black Paint Model) * All items shown in the images are included (ruler is not included). ■ Condition ・There are scuffs and minor scratches from use, but the brass showing through is beautiful. ・The rangefinder's dual image is clear, and the bright frame (35, 50, 85/100, 135) is clearly visible. ・The exterior has scuffs and minor scratches, but with much of the black paint remaining, it is in good condition for a vintage item. ・All parts are functioning well due to the overhaul. This is the black model of the highly popular Canon 7 among classic rangefinders. Recommended for both shooting and collecting.
