● Product: Natural White Marble Rolling Board (Dough Kneading Board / Pastry Board) R Free Shipping, New ● Size: 400 x 400 x approx. 12mm (4 corners with R-cut) ● Weight: Approx. 5.3kg ● Stone Type: Italian Natural White Marble [Bianco Carrara] ● Product Description: This is a new, free-shipping product for cooking and pastry making, manufactured in our own domestic factory. The top surface is polished to a high shine, and the four corners are R-cut. The top and bottom edges are chamfered to prevent injury. As shown in the third image, cork sheets are attached at four points on the back to prevent scratches and provide anti-slip properties. Natural marble has high thermal conductivity and low specific heat capacity, making it cool to the touch. This helps suppress the temperature rise of dough, preventing it from becoming sticky. It is very useful for kneading pizza, bread, pie, and pastry dough, as well as for chocolate confectionery. We supply custom-sized white marble rolling boards to Western and Japanese confectioneries, pizzerias, cafes, and more across the country, and they are favored by professionals. This product is a popular size that is easy to handle at home. Here are some customer comments: Thanks to this board, it's been a great success as both a bread kneading board and a work surface. The attached images (8th and 9th) show me making bread dough and stollen. It has a good weight, and the surface of the board doesn't easily stick to the dough. Compared to using a cutting board or a kneading sheet before, it's made working much easier! I plan to continue using it extensively. I purchased this board because it's perfect for kneading bread dough by hand. This is a truly wonderful product that makes making bread even more enjoyable. As a characteristic of this stone type, pinholes (natural small holes) may be present, but they do not affect the function of the rolling board. Please note that as this is natural stone, the pattern will vary from piece to piece and may differ from the pattern shown in the image. Images from the 4th onwards are for illustrative purposes. Due to the nature of natural stone, there may be unavoidable minor chips or very small scratches. Please understand that there may be small chips on the back side due to material reasons, which do not affect use. The product will be packaged using air cushions, styrofoam, and cardboard.
