Placing multiple bait hives increases the occupancy rate. This spring, please set up many bait hives and start Japanese honeybee beekeeping. Spring Swarm Campaign: Customers who purchase 2 sets will receive a free Frebee-chan mug. [Product Contents] Total of 3 hive bodies Board thickness: approx. 35mm Height: approx. 12cm Width: approx. 29cm Depth: approx. 29cm Internal dimensions: approx. 22cm Top board (plywood: 12mm thick, 29x29cm) Slatted floor (6 cedar wood pieces) Anti-fall rods (6 cedar wood pieces) Bottom board (plywood: 9mm thick, 29x36cm) [Size] Overall Height: approx. 43cm Depth: 29cm Width: 29cm [Product Description] Introducing a tiered hive box ideal for keeping Japanese honeybees. This hive box comes fully assembled, so you can use it immediately upon arrival. Utilizing the natural texture of wood, we have minimized the use of insect repellents, preservatives, paints, metals, and adhesives that bees dislike, providing a comfortable environment for Japanese honeybees. Made with high-quality domestic cedar wood and produced entirely in-house. With a board thickness of approximately 35mm, it requires less protection against summer heat and winter cold and is highly durable. It can be used for a long time as both a bait hive and a breeding hive. Each box is 12cm high, which is a suitable height to prevent excessive honey harvesting. The included slatted floor makes management during honey harvesting easier. Additionally, anti-fall rods made of wood are included for high stability, and a hive entrance frame allows for expansion with additional boxes. The design accommodates the addition of lower boxes as the Japanese honeybee colony grows. Suitable for a wide range of users, from beginners to professional beekeepers. We hope this product will help increase the population of Japanese honeybees, which are currently facing a decline. It is an environmentally friendly hive box recommended for those who value harmony with nature. *Please note that due to the use of natural wood, there may be cracks, chips, knots, or insect damage. Some areas may not be planed, but bees tend to prefer this. The color may differ from the actual product due to variations in display settings. We appreciate your understanding.
