# Click here for our stag beetle and rhinoceros beetle listings on Mercari! Stag beetle larvae grow huge! Introducing our Special Selection! Third Fermentation! Fine Particle! Himalayan Oyster Mushroom Premium Fermented Stag Beetle Substrate with outstanding nutritional value. 10 Liters (1 x 10L bag) Free Shipping! (Convenient resealable bag) We will ship the quantity you desire. This is a fermented substrate made from 100% oak sawdust, which stag beetles prefer, and finished with the highest quality Himalayan Oyster Mushroom mycelium. We've further refined ordinary Himalayan Oyster Mushroom substrate into fine particles for easier consumption, and added three times the amount of special amino acids and symbiotic bacteria such as trehalose, glucose, chitosan, and royal jelly for a special premium substrate. We do not use any spent substrate. Instead, we crush new substrate made from fresh sawdust and ferment it slowly indoors. This is our ultimateこだわり (commitment) substrate, triple-fermented with significant cost and time investment. Most other companies' fermented substrates use spent substrate, which can lead to unwanted insects and fruit flies. However, our substrate is completely free of such contaminants. Thanks to this substrate, we're seeing more and more large individuals, and our repeat customer rate is very high. Even with the same mycelium, substrate finished with Himalayan Oyster Mushroom mycelium is most preferred by stag beetles and results in larger individuals. Himalayan Oyster Mushroom is expensive and difficult to obtain. It can be used as food for larvae and as a laying substrate for all types of stag beetles, including Japanese and foreign species. It is ideal for Miyama Stag Beetles and Sawtooth Stag Beetles. You can also raise Sumatran Stag Beetles, Japanese Giant Stag Beetles, and Rainbow Stag Beetles with this substrate. Naturally, it can be used for all types of rhinoceros beetles. Because we add three times the normal amount of nutritional additives to the substrate made from crushed and fermented fresh substrate, it has outstanding nutritional value. The key to raising large adult stag beetles is to feed the larvae plenty of high-quality food during their larval stage. Our high-calorie, nutritionally outstanding Himalayan Oyster Mushroom Premium Fermented Stag Beetle Substrate is the pinnacle of larval food. Miyama Stag Beetles raised with this substrate have achieved Guinness World Records sizes. Compared to using mushroom jars, it is more versatile and economical to raise beetles by filling bottles or portioning into pudding cups. We regularly receive orders from stag beetle shops nationwide and have received high praise. Some users of this fermented substrate have won top awards multiple times in B-Kuwagata contests. Not only is it excellent for feeding larvae, but using it as a laying substrate results in a large number of eggs. Additional shipping fees apply for Okinawa and remote islands.
