One plant of Hime-gagabu (Nymphoides indica) raised in an outdoor biotope. ↓ Click here to see my other listings ↓ #MizukusaTaro Get 10% off when you bundle with one additional item. Get 10% off plus free Nekoposu shipping (no extra charge) when you bundle with two or more items. *For areas outside the Kinki region during summer, Nekoposu shipping is recommended.* This is a floating-leaved aquatic plant that blooms with cute white flowers. Compared to the regular Gagabu (Nymphoides peltata), it is smaller, so it covers less surface area than water lilies. Floating plants provide moderate shade in the water, making them ideal for raising medaka (Japanese rice fish)! It grows well without filtration or aeration. While it will slowly multiply with just Akadama soil and the waste from cohabiting organisms, it will grow rapidly with fertilizer and sunlight. Since it was raised with medaka, freshwater shrimp, and snails without pesticides, it should be easy and hassle-free to introduce! [Size] One plant, as shown in the second image. (Not the exact same plant as in the image, but similar.) [Packaging Method] The plant will be thoroughly washed with tap water and wrapped in damp kitchen paper. To prevent crushing, it will be placed in a food container, and to prevent leaks, it will be put into a ziplock bag with a little air inside to make it more resistant to crushing before being placed in an envelope for shipping. [Shipping Method] We plan to ship via Fourth Class mail, and the envelope will be partially opened. (The inside is sealed with a ziplock bag, so there is no need to worry about drying.) To minimize deterioration of the product, shipping will only occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. (Fourth Class mail does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.) *Anonymous and trackable Nekoposu shipping is available for an additional ￥150! Please let us know in the comments section if you would like this option.* [Notes] *I have over 10 years of experience raising aquatic life and am accustomed to it, but this is a casual cleaning process. Therefore, please only purchase if you understand that shrimp or medaka eggs, snails, some algae, or minor damage may remain. *We do not accept price negotiations, so please refrain from asking. *If there is a clear defect in the product due to our fault, we will offer a return or exchange. However, we cannot guarantee against deterioration or accidents during transport, so please only purchase if you understand this. Click here for the manufacturer's site
