Delicious served either cold or hot. ● A technique passed down for 400 years It is said that the technique for making hand-stretched somen noodles was brought to Shodoshima in the Seto Inland Sea about 400 years ago. Since then, Shodoshima craftsmen have stubbornly preserved the ingredients and manufacturing methods. The method involves sun-drying, exposed to the clear air of the Seto Inland Sea's natural environment during the cold season.
