Moslin nagajuban are warm and recommended for winter. This means they can be quite hot in spring and autumn. A friend suffering from menopausal hot flashes wanted just the visible part of the sleeve, so I also make flannel replacement sleeves. Indeed, if you only feel cold around the collar and cuffs, and you're not standing outside for extended periods, wearing tabi with a flannel lining should be fine. Most buildings and public transport have heating, after all. (=^ェ^=) Sleeve length is about 52-53cm, common for antique and used items. If it's too long, you can lightly sew it or use a small safety pin to adjust it. (It is sewn without washing. If you wash it at home with an outfit-specific detergent, it will shrink slightly the first time.)
