【Rare, Unused Item with Basting Stitches】 Pure Silk Tsumugi Ensemble The basting stitches are still attached, meaning the garment is unfinished as the main stitching has not yet been done. Made from luxurious 100% pure silk fabric, you can enjoy the characteristic crisp texture and elegant sheen of Tsumugi silk. This is a tall size with a sleeve length of 72.2cm, so even those with longer arms can wear it comfortably. The first item is the Haori (overcoat), worn over the kimono. It serves a similar role to a cardigan or jacket in Western clothing. Particularly, those with elaborate designs on the back, like the one shown in this image (Hagura: lining), are a common feature of men's Haori. 【Addendum to Product Description】 A Nagajuban (under-kimono) is also included in the set. While the material cannot be definitively identified, it is supple, feels very smooth to the touch, and the intricate landscape painting on the back makes it a very stylish masterpiece. It is so supple that it creases easily, a testament to its high quality texture, unlike cheap, shiny polyester. Since polyester is less prone to creasing, this may also be pure silk.
