Add a sense of history to your table setting with this matching set of five antique blunt-tip dinner knives from 1847 Rogers Bros. These are remarkably substantial, heavy-gauge pieces stamped Warranted 16 DWT on the blades, indicating a thick, premium-quality triple silver plate finish designed to last for generations. This set features a clean, classic unornamented handle design with a subtle geometric taper, making them versatile enough to blend with traditional Victorian table layouts, rustic cottage settings, or modern eclectic dining spaces. Each knife shows a rich, natural aged patina and tarnish that highlights their authentic vintage character. They can be polished to a bright shine or left as-is for an authentic heirloom appearance. As a unique historical bonus, the knives come nestled in their original maroon flannel anti-tarnish storage roll from Brainard's Jewelry Store, an iconic merchant that operated on the public square in Medina, Ohio starting in 1871. Quantity: 5 matching dinner/luncheon knives + 1 vintage cloth storage wrap Length: Approx. 9.25 inches Condition: Good antique condition with visible surface scratches, age-appropriate wear, and a heavy unpolished tarnish patina. No deep pitting or structural damage.
